Ronnah Alexander

Ronnah Alexander, RPh, MBA, ACE, is a nationally recognized 340B Compliance & Auditing Specialist with more than 35 years of experience in pharmacy operations, health-system leadership, and program stewardship. As a licensed pharmacist and Apexus Advanced 340B Certified Expert, she brings unmatched depth, operational insight, and real-world problem-solving to Covered Entities navigating the rapidly shifting 340B landscape.


Ronnah began her career in 1989 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky. She later completed her MBA in Healthcare Management from Strayer University, strengthening her ability to merge clinical expertise with strategic and financial leadership. Her work spans community health centers, FQHC Look-Alikes, hospital systems, contract pharmacy oversight, and specialty program development—giving her a holistic understanding of how 340B programs function at every level.

In addition to her consulting work, Ronnah serves as the 148th President of the Kentucky Pharmacists Association, where she advocates for pharmacy advancement, policy modernization, and patient-centered care across the Commonwealth. She is frequently invited to speak at regional and national events, offering sharp, practical guidance on compliance strategies, audit readiness, operational integrity, and manufacturer-payer alignment.

Her services include independent annual audits, diversion and duplicate discount risk assessment, policy and procedure development, contract pharmacy evaluation, inventory optimization, and full program tune-ups. Known for her calm presence, strong analytical mindset, and hands-on approach, she helps entities strengthen their programs while safeguarding compliance and elevating patient access.
